Christopher Harms CFOCriss has over 20 years of financial management experience in high technology companies. Prior to joining Transitive, Criss was CFO at Counterpane, a company that was acquired by British Telecom in 2006. Prior to that, Criss served as the director of finance and controller for several successful venture-funded technology companies, including Sentient Networks (acquired by Cisco Systems), Apptitude (acquired by Hi/fn) and Silvan Networks. He also founded Branders.com, a Web-based provider of promotional products, and served in corporate and divisional financial roles at Hewlett Packard. Criss earned his CPA while at Ernst & Young in San Francisco. He holds an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a BS from UC Berkeley. |
